Will I get a disk with the images on it?

You will receive a disk with all the high-resolution, processed digital image files.

I already have photographs of the property. Can you build a Website with images I already have?

As a rule of thumb, we do not build Websites with existing images, unless these images were taken by a professional, or are of professional quality.

Do you create flyers and postcards?

Yes we do, but it is much more cost efficient for you to create a layout yourself in many of the easy to use software programs out there. Please contact us directly if you would like to find out specific costs.

What should I do to get the property ready for photographing?

To get a detailed list of how to properly stage and/or style the property, click here. Remember, the better the property is ‘prepared’ for a photo shoot, the better looking the photographs, and the shorter the shooting time. While knickknacks, wrinkled fabrics, not perfectly straight hanging picture frames or towels, and not perfectly aligned dishes may not appear disruptive to the naked eye, in photographs they will create a very cluttered feel, and become an eyesore to the viewer. Anything other than crisp and pristine will take away from what you really want the buyer to notice.

Do you do staging and styling?

If you do not have the time to style or stage the property, or prefer to leave that aspect up to a professional, we can provide a stylist/designer to do the work for you. The stylist will come to the property, and will discuss with you what needs to be done, and how much time will be involved. The hourly rate of our stylist is $35.00, with a 2 hour minimum.

When I photograph, I carefully select the most flattering angles, create appealing setups and light the scene accordingly, so that all aspects of the image will look their best.
